First Contact

Last week we skyped with our NGO partners for the first time, and it went even better that we anticipated!

We discussed the existing conditions of the community and the soccer field as well as all of the community's hopes for the project (see "Project" page for details). We went through the expected project scope, logistics, and a rough budget, and Jonle and Arelys (the two NGO facilitators for our project) expressed loads of excitement about working with us.

Looking forward, we're thinking fundraising; look out for a big Hornraiser campaign coming out in the next few months.
